The challenge
Franchising decisions are legal and financial ones taken by people who are neither lawyers nor accountants, frequently not in English, and usually without advice they can afford.
Our approach

Scoped the assistant to produce drafts for a professional to review, and said so plainly in the product. An AI that appears to give legal advice is a liability, not a feature.

Built multi-language support as a first-class requirement rather than a translation layer added at the end.
