A platform that tokenises startup equity, pre-IPO secondaries and real estate on-chain, giving retail investors fractional positions in asset classes previously reserved for institutions, and a way to exit them.
The challenge
Startup equity, pre-IPO secondaries and real estate share two properties: high minimum ticket sizes, and no way out before an exit event. Both exclude retail investors structurally, not incidentally.
Our approach

Represented each real-world asset as an on-chain token so a position could be divided below the traditional minimum, and transferred without waiting for an exit.

Built the compliance and custody path first, because in this asset class it is the product and the interface is decoration.
