The challenge
Video teams coordinate across a cloud drive, a chat tool, a review tool and a wiki. The work is fine; the seams are not. Feedback lands where the file isn't, and approval status lives in someone's memory.

Built storage for the file sizes video actually produces, rather than treating large uploads as an edge case of a general-purpose drive.

Attached comments to timecodes and versions, so feedback is unambiguous about which frame of which cut it refers to.

Modelled approval as a state the deliverable is in, not a message someone sent.
